Why Balancify

The spreadsheet between your tools is where the money leaks

Selling on several marketplaces usually means one tool per job and a spreadsheet holding them together. Every copy of the truth drifts a little — until a sold-out item sells again, or the month won't close.

Without one system

  • Each marketplace shows a different stock number, so items sell twice.
  • Serial numbers live in a spreadsheet, and every return becomes detective work.
  • Prices change by hand, late at night, one listing at a time.
  • The books are rebuilt at month-end from exports that never quite match.

With Balancify

  • One stock count per warehouse, and every order reserves against it — whichever channel it came from.
  • Every unit traced by serial number, from goods receipt to shipping label.
  • A repricing robot that only moves within the floor, ceiling and margin you set.
  • A ledger that keeps up: purchases, sales invoices, shipments and expenses each post a balanced entry.

The product

Everything between the order and the books

The work that usually takes a stack of tools, sharing one database — so nothing is ever copied from one to another.

Orders from every marketplace

Bring in orders from Digikala, Snapp Shop, Technolife and Khanoumi and work them from one queue, each matched to your own products.

Serial numbers, receipt to label

Record serials as goods arrive, check them by scan at packing, and trace any unit back to its supplier or forward to its customer.

Stock in every warehouse

See what is on hand and reserved in each warehouse, and move stock between them in transfer packs scanned out and scanned in.

Repricing within your limits

The pricing robot watches competing offers and moves your price for you — never below the floor, above the ceiling or under the margin you set.

Purchasing and buying lists

Buying lists per buyer and warehouse, purchase invoices, and goods receipts that record what really arrived.

Packing and dispatch

Pack by scan, print the shipping label and bag parcels for the post office. The tracking code goes back to the marketplace.

Sales you can trust

Sales by channel and product, from the same records your warehouse and your ledger use.

How it works

One order, from marketplace to ledger

Follow a single order through Balancify. Each step hands the next exactly what it needs — no exports, no re-typing.

  1. 01

    The order arrives

Orders from each marketplace land in one queue, matched to your own products.

  2. 02

    Stock is reserved

The order reserves stock in the warehouse that will ship it, so it can't be sold twice.

  3. 03

    Packed by scan

Each unit is scanned into the box. A wrong item or serial is caught before the box closes.

  4. 04

    Labelled and dispatched

The label prints, the parcel is bagged for the post office, and the tracking code goes back to the marketplace.

  5. 05

    Booked

Stock leaving the warehouse and the postage post as balanced journal entries. The books keep up with the floor.

Accounting, built in

Books that balance while you work

Most operations tools stop at the shipping label and leave the accounting to someone else. Balancify keeps a real double-entry ledger: each purchase, sale, expense and shipment posts its own balanced entry, linked back to the document that made it.

  • Chart of accounts, journal entries and cost centers
  • Banks, transfers and expenses
  • Partner capital, with every movement on the books
  • The accounting equation, checked live

Security & reliability

Strict where mistakes are expensive

Money and stock leave no room for “fix it later”. Balancify is strict about who can see what, what can change, and what can never be recorded twice.

  • Permissions by role

Each person gets the pages and actions their job needs — per company and per warehouse.

  • Passkey sign-in

Sign in with Face ID, a fingerprint or a security key instead of a password.

  • Entries must balance

The ledger refuses any journal entry whose debits and credits differ.

  • Nothing posted twice

Invoices, payments and transfers are retry-safe: the same request sent twice is recorded once.

  • No silent overwrites

When two people edit the same record at once, the second is told — nobody's change disappears.

  • Encrypted and traceable

All traffic is encrypted in transit, and every record keeps who created it, who last changed it, and when.

FAQ

Questions sellers ask us

Which marketplaces does Balancify work with?

Digikala, Snapp Shop, Technolife and Khanoumi. Orders come in from all four and tracking codes go back to all four. The repricing robot works on Digikala, Snapp Shop and Technolife.

Do I still need separate accounting software?

Balancify keeps a full double-entry ledger — chart of accounts, journal entries, banks, expenses and partner capital — and posts to it as the work happens, so there is nothing to export and type in again. If your accountant needs a particular report, bring it up in the demo.

Can it track individual serial numbers?

Yes. Serials are recorded when goods arrive, checked by scan at packing, and linked to the order that shipped them, so any unit can be traced in either direction.

How does the repricing robot avoid a race to the bottom?

Every product gets a floor, a ceiling and a minimum margin, and the robot only moves prices inside them. You can turn it off for any product at any time.

Can my team have different access?

Yes. Permissions are set by role, per company and per warehouse, so a packer, a buyer and an accountant each see what their job needs.
